Our CEO, Dorcas Buzigire George, is an award-winning, distinguished policy advisor, US-based entrepreneur and business owner, international business consultant, human rights advocate, public speaker, and lawyer with a global presence. Her multifaceted career spans legal advocacy, strategic consulting, international commerce, and ethics and compliance leadership.

Ms. George has been a representative to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and served as a delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). She has held leadership roles with large global humanitarian organizations, where she drafted policy and managed and investigated complex cases involving ethics and compliance in high-risk environments. She has worked in the US, South America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, across over 50 countries.

As a public speaker, Ms. George has spoken across the US and the world to women’s and religious groups, schools, the UN, the ICC, and community organizations.

As a policy advisor and business consultant, Ms. George advises clients on governance, compliance, and international business strategy. She has extensive government and commercial sector contacts in Africa and the U.S., and she brings a unique blend of legal expertise, human rights advocacy, and entrepreneurial leadership to her work—building bridges between sectors to create new opportunities while delivering business success.

She has extensive international experience and contacts in the U.S., Europe, Africa and the Middle East and is fluent in English, French, Swahili, Lingala and Mashi.

Ms. George holds an LLM in International Business Law, an LLB in Public and Administrative Law, a Baccalaureate in Philosophy and Latin, and a BA in Human Services.
